The Ocean Recovery Community Alliance is a community initiative of CCARs that Phil Valentine dreamed up with the simple mission to ‘clean the beaches’- a cause near and dear to his heart! Join us to celebrate his upcoming retirement and get the recovery community together to ‘do some good’.
