ORCA, Andrea, The Misquamicut Beach Foundation, and Narragansett Beer are teaming up for a cleanup in Westerly, RI, on June 17th.
This event is more than just picking up trash—it's about honoring our maritime heritage and the hardworking fishermen who inspire our Fresh Catch beer. Fresh Catch isn't just a brew; it's a tribute to the resilience and camaraderie of Rhode Island's coastal communities. Teaming up with ORCA and The Andrea allows us to celebrate that spirit while making a tangible difference in preserving our oceanic ecosystems. Beyond the clean-up, this collaboration symbolizes our commitment to sustainability and community engagement. Together, we're not just cleaning beaches; we're fostering a culture of environmental stewardship that will endure for generations.
The first 100 participants to sign up will get a free shirt. Cut-off date for shirts is June 1. *** Volunteers must sign up individually to get a tee shirt. Please indicate the size on the RSVP.***
